We’re Kyle and Emily Spalding, the husband-and-wife team behind the dough. Founded in 2026, Blue Ox Pizza Box started with a simple obsession: making the kind of pizza we wanted to eat every single day.

For us, great pizza is all about the details and a lot of patience. That’s why we use a slow-risen, cold-ferment dough for that perfect chewy-meets-crispy crust, topped with authentic San Marzano tomatoes and the freshest seasonal ingredients we can get our hands on.
